Our GLOW Girls are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and discover their creativity through performing arts. From acting and spoken word to dance, music, and live performances, every moment on stage is another opportunity for our girls to shine.

Light It Up | When Girls Find Their Voice.

Our GLOW Girls took the stage for Light It Up on October 4, 2026, showcasing their confidence, creativity, teamwork, and courage. This experience was about more than performing. It was about giving young girls an opportunity to express themselves, discover their voices, and shine. At GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc., we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to grow, lead, overcome, and win.
