OUR PROGRAMS

Helping Every Girl Reach Her Next Level

GLOW provides age-appropriate experiences in Pensacola, Florida, that help girls build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, grow academically, and prepare for their future. Our whole-girl approach helps girls recognize their worth and develop from the inside out.

New participants may enroll in grades 4–10. Once enrolled, girls may continue participating through 12th grade.

GLOW EXPLORERS

GRADES 4–7

GLOW Explorers helps girls discover who they are, use their voice, and build the confidence to lead. Through mentorship and hands-on activities, participants strengthen their academic habits, relationships, wellness, creativity, and commitment to service.

FOCUS AREAS

• Self-love, confidence, self-esteem, and positive body image

• Leadership, public speaking, communication, and self-advocacy

• Academic support and goal-setting

• Healthy relationships, emotional wellness, and bullying prevention

• Creativity, performing arts, teamwork, discipline, stage confidence, and community service

• Financial literacy: budgeting, saving, responsible spending, money management, and entrepreneurship

GLOW NAVIGATORS

GRADES 8–10

GLOW Navigators prepares young women to make confident decisions about high school, college, careers, and life. Participants receive mentorship and practical experiences that develop leadership, professional skills, independence, and a clear vision for their future.

FOCUS AREAS

• Leadership, self-advocacy, and personal development

• Academic achievement and college readiness

• Career exploration and workforce readiness

• Resume, interview, public speaking, and professional communication skills

• Entrepreneurship and financial literacy: budgeting, saving, responsible spending, and money management

• Community service

• Self-love, self-esteem, positive body image, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and bullying prevention

• Performing arts and creative expression that strengthen teamwork, discipline, and stage confidence

The GLOW Journey Doesn’t End at Graduation

At GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc., we believe meaningful mentorship is built through lasting relationships. Girls may enroll in our core program in grades 4–10 and continue participating through 12th grade.

As participants advance through high school, our vision is to provide additional leadership and peer mentorship opportunities while preparing them for college, careers, and adulthood.

Beyond graduation, we envision a lifelong alumni network that provides continued encouragement, guidance, professional connections, and opportunities to give back to the next generation of GLOW Girls.

These upper-grade mentorship opportunities and alumni services are part of GLOW’s future vision.
