GLOW Minis is our newest program designed to help younger girls begin building confidence, kindness, leadership, and self-love from the inside out.
Through fun, age-appropriate experiences, GLOW Minis will explore:
• Confidence and positive self-image
• Friendship and healthy communication
• Creativity and self-expression
• Early leadership and teamwork
• Wellness, movement, and community service

GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc. is an independent, federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Pensacola, Florida. Your support helps girls grow from the inside out through ongoing programming in self-love, self-worth, confidence, positive body image, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and bullying prevention, alongside financial literacy and money management, leadership, public speaking and communication, performing arts and creative expression, academic support, mentorship, STEM/STEAM exposure, entrepreneurship, and career readiness.
Ways to support her future
Corporate sponsorships: Help sustain hands-on learning, professional exposure, and ongoing development experiences for girls.
Individual donations: Invest in girls’ confidence, growth, and future opportunities.
Community partnerships: We welcome local businesses, educational institutions, professionals, community organizations, and mission-aligned supporters to expand educational enrichment, career exploration, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, life skills, leadership, personal growth, community service, and performing arts opportunities.
Grants and foundation support: Help strengthen and expand GLOW’s mission.
