MEET THE FOUNDER

Monique Williams founded GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc. to create the support system she believes every girl deserves. As an experienced human resources leader, mentor, and community advocate, she brings together leadership development, education, workforce readiness, wellness, service, and the arts to help girls grow from the inside out. Her vision is simple: meet each girl where she is, help her recognize her value, and prepare her to step confidently into her next level.
