GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc. is an independent, federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Pensacola, Florida, dedicated to helping girls discover their confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and prepare for their futures.
Through mentorship, academic support, career exploration, wellness, entrepreneurship, performing arts, and community service, we create intentional experiences that help every girl Grow. Lead. Overcome. Win.

Leadership begins with helping girls recognize their value, develop confidence, discover their voices, and understand their potential. GLOW’s current programming supports self-love, self-worth, self-esteem, positive body image, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and bullying awareness and prevention.
Through yoga, mindfulness, guided movement, and personal development activities, girls learn to slow down, manage stress, care for their minds and bodies, and build healthy habits. We create intentional spaces where girls grow from the inside out and learn that caring for themselves is part of becoming strong, confident leaders.

GLOW Leadership & Development, Inc. is an independent, federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls through leadership development, mentorship, education, career readiness, and meaningful opportunities for personal growth. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN: 42-4854961.
The IRS recognized GLOW as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2), effective September 21, 2026. Our determination letter is dated October 2, 2026.
Guided by our own mission, programming, leadership, and board governance, we are committed to accountability, transparency, and community impact as we create opportunities for girls to grow in confidence, succeed academically, explore careers, and lead in their communities.
