GLOW's inaugural pilot year established the foundation for something powerful — creating intentional opportunities for girls to achieve, lead, serve, explore, and grow together.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Our first program year was intentionally designed as GLOW's pilot year — an opportunity to build the culture, programming, mentorship model, expectations, and experiences that would define our organization.
What emerged was more than a program. A community began to take shape. Girls showed up, challenged themselves, supported one another, developed new skills, served their community, explored new possibilities, and returned ready for more.

EXPOSURE CREATES POSSIBILITY.
GLOW believes girls should have opportunities to see what is possible for their futures. Career exposure, community experiences, and hands-on learning introduced participants to new environments, industries, professionals, and possibilities.
A career and industry exposure visit to the GE Vernova plant offered one real-world window into a professional setting beyond the girls' everyday environments.

Our inaugural year established more than a program — it established a foundation.
Through consistent mentorship, academic encouragement, service, leadership development, exposure, bonding experiences, and opportunities to perform and lead, GLOW girls began building skills and confidence they can carry into Her Next Level.
The pilot proved the potential. Now GLOW is building on that foundation with intention, stronger systems, and a growing vision for every girl we serve.
